What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data, such as an ephemeral IP address, may be transmitted to support connectivity, but this information is not retained or used for tracking.
Does the Application collect precise real-time location information?
No. The Application does not collect precise location information from your device.
Do third parties see or access information obtained by the Application?
Since the Application does not collect personal information through ordinary use, no such information is shared with third parties.
What are my opt-out rights?
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal usage, uninstalling the Application simply removes it from your device.
Data Retention
The Service Provider does not maintain a retained personal data store generated through normal use of the Application. If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider and provide information through email or other direct communication, that correspondence may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to answer your request, maintain support records, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes.
Data Deletion
If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily provide information by other means, you may request deletion of that information by emailing brandonlacote852@gmail.com. Requests will be reviewed and handled within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal or recordkeeping obligations.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or any higher age threshold required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit information from children or market directly to them. Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s data is not exposed by ordinary usage of the Application. If information is voluntarily provided through other means and the individual is under 13 years of age, consent from a parent or guardian is required where permitted by law.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data during normal use, the risk of exposure is limited. Even so, no system can be guaranteed fully secure. The Service Provider applies reasonable safeguards to protect its systems and any information it may hold.
Data Breach Notification
Since the Application does not collect personal information during normal use, the risk of a personal data breach is minimal. If a breach affects information you voluntarily provided, the Service Provider will provide notice where required by applicable law.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by posting an updated version with a revised effective date.
